Under the general direction of the Department of Athletics, Saint Louis University is seeking a full-time Sports Performance intern who will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sports Performance Department, including but not limited to administrative duties, facility upkeep, program design, and program implementation. Job Responsibilities: Assist with the design, development, and implementation of Sport Performance programs for assigned intercollegiate athletic sport teams. Assist with performance testing of student-athletes. Required to keep accurate and up-to-date records. Assist with cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the weight room facility. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks promptly. Excellent communication skills required for working with diverse groups. Strong written communication skills; excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated appreciation for diversity and inclusion. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; one year of experience preferred.
