Job Overview Ensures supplier compliance with quality standards and specifications through audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Job Requirements Ensuring that suppliers comply with quality standards by conducting regular audits and assessments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to supplier products and processes. Developing and implementing quality improvement plans to increase supplier performance and reduce defects. Maintaining accurate records of supplier performance and communicating results to management and other stakeholders. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
