This is an opportunity for a product leader who can connect strategy to execution: shaping global standards while enabling markets to deliver relevant local journeys and campaigns that help more people find, choose, start, and grow with Amway. Key Responsibilities: • Define end-to-end ABO growth journeys across prospecting, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, renewal, and re-engagement, identifying the moments where CRM and communications can drive meaningful action. • Create and prioritize CRM use cases based on ABO, prospect, customer, and market needs, including target audiences, triggers, decision rules, channels, content needs, desired actions, and measurable outcomes. • Design and implement reusable global campaign templates and playbooks that markets can localize while maintaining consistent experience, data, measurement, and governance standards. • Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for communications and CRM-related products, including Message Center, Activity Feed, notifications, and campaign or journey-enablement capabilities. • Translate journey and campaign opportunities into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, experience flows, data requirements, and release plans. • Partner with global and market teams to balance enterprise scale with local relevance, regulatory requirements, channel preferences, and market maturity. • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, UX, Engineering, Architecture, Data & Analytics, Privacy, Legal, and Technology partners to deliver integrated experiences across owned digital channels. • Establish product and journey KPIs, using experimentation, analytics, user feedback, and business results to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and ABO growth outcomes. • Drive adoption through clear operating models, implementation guidance, market enablement, launch planning, and ongoing stakeholder communication. • Identify opportunities to apply automation, personalization, AI, and next-best-action capabilities responsibly across journeys and communications. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 6 years of experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, journey or campaign management, digital product management, business analysis, digital experience, technology, eCommerce, or related fields. • Demonstrated experience designing and activating CRM journeys and multi-step campaigns, including audience definition, triggers, channel orchestration, content requirements, testing, and performance measurement. • Demonstrated product management experience, including defining product vision and strategy, developing roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, writing requirements or user stories, supporting delivery, and managing products through adoption and optimization. • Ability to translate customer, ABO, market, and business needs into scalable CRM use cases, campaign templates, and digital product capabilities. • Experience working with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Technology, UX/Design, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Privacy, Legal, or related functions. • Working knowledge of Agile product development practices, including backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and product releases. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use journey performance, campaign results, user feedback, and business insights to make decisions. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align global and market partners around shared priorities and outcomes. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership for high-quality, measurable outcomes.
