As part of its expansion, Regent is seeking a Sr. Associate, Portfolio Transformation to support the strategic and operational turnaround of its portfolio companies. Position Overview: We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Portfolio Transformation to spearhead restructuring and performance improvement initiatives across Regent's investments both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operational and financial restructuring, ideally from a top-tier consulting or advisory firm, coupled with portfolio management experience at a PE firm. This role reports to the Chairman and will work closely with local management teams and Regent’s global leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead Transformation Initiatives : Design and execute comprehensive business transformation and turnaround strategies to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Operational Assessment : Conduct deep-dive diagnostics into plant operations, supply chain, sales, and SG&A functions to identify opportunities for improvement. Financial Restructuring : Analyze balance sheet structures, cash flow, and working capital to identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions. Stakeholder Management : Act as a bridge between Regent's leadership and portfolio company management, ensuring strategic alignment and execution. Project Leadership : Drive cross-functional projects with clear KPIs, timelines, and reporting mechanisms. Ensure delivery of cost, performance, and cultural transformation targets. M&A Integration Support : Provide operational and financial diligence on bolt-on acquisitions; support post-merger integration efforts. Change Management : Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the portfolio companies. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education & Experience: 3-7 years of experience, with a strong background in business transformation, operational restructuring, or performance improvement. Previous experience at a top-tier restructuring consulting firm (e.g., AlixPartners, Alvarez & Marsal, Roland Berger Restructuring, PwC Deals/Restructuring). Strong finance background, ideally with experience in FP&A, investment banking, or private equity. Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to drive change in complex operational environments. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management. Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and performance. A reasonable estimate would be base salary $150,00-175,00 + bonus.
