Account Management - Own renewal and expansion opportunities across an assigned portfolio of enterprise health system accounts, protecting and growing existing revenue. - Serve as a senior relationship point for existing accounts when strategic or executive-level engagement is needed. - Partner closely with Customer Success to support customer retention, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen account relationships. WHAT WE SEEK - 5+ years of complex B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally within healthcare, health IT, or similarly complex enterprise environments. - Proven success managing full-cycle enterprise sales, including prospecting, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, negotiating, and closing new business. - Experience leading competitive RFP/RFI processes and managing complex sales opportunities. - Experience using a structured sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, or equivalent. - Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline, with the ability to independently prioritize opportunities, make sound commercial decisions, and maintain accurate CRM records. - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, technical stakeholders, and key decision-makers. - Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer challenges and business outcomes. - Experience collaborating with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle and customer handoff. - Experience managing renewal and expansion opportunities, with an understanding of account strategy, customer retention, and revenue growth.
