Sustainability | OMVPetrom.com Your tasks Lead the placement and annual renewal of insurance programs & policies across multiple insurance lines, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements Insurance policies for strategic assets – Plan, coordinate negotiation and implementation, collect and maintain information, coordinate all step in line with partnership contracts, monitor the adequacy of the coverage and insured values and coordinate the insurance policy response and claims Insurance policies for employees’ benefits – Plan, coordinate implementation, collect and maintain information, monitor coverage Group insurance policies – Support in implementation at the company’s level Negotiate policy terms, coverage structures, deductibles and premiums Coordinate claims management activities and support recovery processes Prepare insurance budgets, forecasts, analyses and management reports Advise on insurance matters related to commercial agreements and M&A projects Support enterprise risk management activities and risk assessments Drive insurance process improvements, governance initiatives and digitalization projects Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers and insurers Advice on insurance topics on related to all commercial and procurement contracts and M&A projects in line with company risk and insurance strategy Act as Subject Matter Expert in validating the main company’s risks within bi-annual EWRM process Ensures all activities/ process work are carried out according to applicable standards and regulations and accurately recorded and reported. Your skills Education: Master’s degree in Economics Relevant professional experience: >9 years Advanced knowledge on insurance markets and different insurance policies. Experience in corporate insurance program placement and renewals, claims management, policy negotiations and stakeholder management. Experience in budgeting, reporting and insuarcne governance proceses. Advanced knowledge of English language (written and spoken). Proven, advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office. Solid knowledge and understanding of related legislations / norms, internal rules/guidelines, in multiple areas of expertise. Ability tocontribute to the elaboration and development of internal rules and guidelines. Good problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities. Teamwork skills, hard-working, proper conduct in relation to the company and the other employees.
