Sr Export Compliance Officer

  Honeywell International Inc. is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity as a Sr. Export Compliance Officer supporting foreign person access reviews and technology control plan (TCP) management reporting to the Director of Export & Sanctions, Compliance Sustainment within Honeywell Aerospace’s Compliance Center of Excellence.  The Compliance Sustainment program involves monitoring compliance-related activity both within the Compliance teams and by business or functional personnel throughout Honeywell’s business operations, management of policies, procedures, TCPs, foreign person employee/visitor access reviews.  The Sr. Export Compliance Officer will specifically engage with site leaders to ensure TCPs are updated and current, updating the TCP template, overseeing the foreign person visitor and employee physical access to U.S. Aerospace locations, and support compliance related activities focused on ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations for export, trade sanctions, and anti-money laundering; and enhancing the function’s overall compliance program.      Key Responsibilities: * Performing reviews and issuing export compliance approvals of foreign person physical access requests * Standardizing and automating compliance approvals for foreign person physical access  * Supporting the transaction testing related to physical access requests * Maintaining and updating the technology control plan template and process * Partnering with site leaders to ensure timely updates of site TCPs across Honeywell Aerospace * Supporting site audit activities in alignment with the TCP requirements and mandates * Providing training related to foreign person physical access requests, TCPs, and related processes * Drafting and updating procedures
