Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of Sr. HR Analyst, working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Talent Management & Development team. You will serve as a strategic partner supporting enterprise-wide talent practices, performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement strategies. This role is responsible for the configuration and effectiveness of HRIS talent management processes and employee listening, survey, and engagement platforms across the Americas. The Sr. HR Analyst leads reporting and analytics related to talent and engagement initiatives, while ensuring systems are configured to meet MCBC business requirements. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Management & HR Analytics, and works closely with HR leaders, HRBPs, the MCBC Audit team, and external auditors to support SOX compliance and effective execution of talent practices across the organization. What You’ll Be Brewing: Partner with the Manager, Talent Management & Analytics to execute and optimize enterprise talent processes, including Performance Management and Talent Planning, through system readiness, training, job aids, reporting, and stakeholder support. Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of talent management processes within the HRIS, ensuring successful execution, adoption, and adherence to established timelines. Serve as the operational lead for employee listening and engagement programs, including employee experience and exit surveys, overseeing platform configuration, program execution, reporting, and analytics across the Americas. Collaborate with regional HR teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to ensure HR systems and talent processes align with both business unit and global requirements. Support SOX compliance activities by partnering with HR, internal audit, and business stakeholders to fulfill audit requests, monitor process adherence, and drive corrective actions when needed. Manage the day-to-day execution of the contingent workforce program, partnering with AgileOne and business stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows, timely talent placement, and a positive user experience while leveraging data, benchmarks, and analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities across talent, engagement, compliance, and workforce programs. Key Ingredients: You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, data analytics, related field OR equivalent experience (5+ years) You have at least 5 years of experience in HRIS systems experience, performance and talent management process understanding, project management, analytics and reporting. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce programs in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, diagnose system and reporting issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and translate data into actionable insights. Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms, including SuccessFactors, with experience in system administration, data validation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and partnering with global teams to implement enhancements. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and impactful materials for senior leaders and effectively collaborate across HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and global stakeholders. Knowledge of data privacy requirements, compliance standards, and best practices for managing highly sensitive and confidential employee and workforce data with integrity and discretion. Agile, adaptable, and continuous-learning oriented, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, manage competing stakeholder needs, and drive high-quality outcomes that support business and talent priorities. Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
