Proxmox VE Cluster / Ceph Storage Operations 3. New Infrastructure Solution Evaluation and Implementation Support 4. Server Management / Infrastructure Operations 5. Basic Windows / Enterprise IT Operations Support Qualifications: Required Qualifications： Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Familiarity with Linux system operations, including OS patching, package management, service management, log review, user account management, SSH access, and basic troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with KVM / QEMU-based virtualization platforms, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, snapshot, backup, restore, and migration. Good understanding of virtualization or storage cluster architecture, including node roles, shared storage, high availability, and basic cluster troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including routing, firewall rules, and common network troubleshooting. Experience with, or willingness to learn, enterprise infrastructure platforms such as Proxmox VE, Ceph, TrueNAS, internal patch repositories, and monitoring systems. Basic experience with Windows Server, Active Directory account / group management, and file server permission troubleshooting. Good problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and ability to work with cross-functional IT teams. English communication ability in reading, and writing, including the ability to read technical documents, communicate with global teams or vendors
