*Key Responsibilities:*
-Manage and approve partner orders efficiently.
-Enable and support partners to become independent in operations.
-Drive ERP adoption and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
-Handle returnable collections with accuracy and timeliness.
-Monitor customer and partner satisfaction through feedback scores and resolve escalations promptly.
-Ensure timely submission of reports and CRM updates.
*Required Qualifications:*
-Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
-Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
