SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 Responsibilities: • Lead concept design and validation for assembly processes and tooling; conduct process development DOE. • Conduct tooling DFM reviews for new products; lead pilot builds, PFMEA creation, and FACA/QCPC activities during mass production readiness. • Serve as a technical leader and troubleshooter from LVM to HVM for process development, tooling design, qualification, issue identification and problem solving. • Define detailed process requirements for automation teams for Auto MC development. • Challenge product design to ensure manufacturability and cost feasibility to support better productivity. • Drive product launch readiness using FACA/QCPC tools (yield, CPK, OEE, etc.). • Ensure on time product launch in collaboration with cross functional teams. 职位要求 • 5 - 8 years of comprehensive experience in process and tooling development, preferably within connector, cable assembly, relay, switch, or similar electrical components involving stamping/molding/plating processes; experience in connector assembly or automation development is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. • Strong data driven approach for issue identification and problem solving. • High sensitivity to product cost; capable of driving cost improvements through process development and design optimization. • Proficient in key process development tools such as DFM, PFMEA, DOE, FAA, CTAR, CAD, Pro/E. • Solid knowledge of quality control, issue analysis and improvement methodologies. • Strong teamwork and communication skills with fluent written and spoken English. • Logical communication and expression ability, strategic thinking, and demonstrated leadership potential. • Strong sense of teamwork and leadership through specific experience. 岗位职责与任职要求 竞争力 价值观：诚信行事、承担责任、包容并蓄 、锐意创新, 团队合作
