Sr Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality team in Yanzhou.This position plays a key role in supporting production launch, sustaining quality performance, and driving continuous improvement through effective process control, audit execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Your Impact Lead quality activities from production ramp-up to serial production to ensure stable process performance and product conformity. Plan and conduct process audits and layered process audits to strengthen shop-floor quality control and compliance. Maintain and improve Control Plans, inspection standards, and validation activities for welding and machining processes. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods such as 8D. Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and related teams to improve process capability, tooling performance, and first-time quality. Support customer quality reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably with welding, machining, metal fabrication, agricultural machinery, automotive, or construction equipment. Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, inspection planning, process audits, and 8D problem solving. Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T, welding specifications, measurement methods, and quality standards. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration capability, with a practical approach to problem solving and improvement. Working English capability for technical documentation, email communication, and daily business discussions.
