Work you will do Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Regulatory & Financial Risk practice in Southeast Asia. We provide risk transformation, data and modeling solutions focusing on some of the unique and complex issues our clients are facing in finance. Advise our clients how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect their value across the business, while building great visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future. You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization. The nature of the work we do includes: Experience driving end-to-end engagements starting from problem identification to solution delivery. Driving transformation across markets/countries. Strong stakeholder management, ideal candidate should have liaised with stakeholders across Product, IT, Ops, Business, cross functional teams during the engagement life cycle. Interaction with senior stakeholders including regional heads and country heads of OPS and product in the region. Experience with managing multi-country rollouts and large-scale engagements. Managing project governance including facilitating steering committee meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Credit Origination or Credit Management or Credit Settlement. Strong understanding of end-to-end credit origination processes across Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking. Experience in: Customer onboarding and credit initiation Credit application processing Credit assessment and underwriting Credit approval workflows Credit decisioning and limit establishment Digital lending journeys and workflow automation Ability to partner with Credit, Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders to deliver process improvements and platform transformation initiatives.
