Timely communication and distribution of SHE information Maintain and update SHE files, registers, records and documentation. Audit Contractor files and carry out SHE Induction Ensure that SHE policies, procedures, risk assessments, safe work procedures and other controlled documents are current and accessible. Update Legal appointments Maintain incident, accident, near-miss and hazard registers. Compile, distribute and file SHE reports, meeting minutes and inspection records. Ensure proper filing, document control and record retention in accordance with company requirements. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of SHE management system documentation for internal and external audits Track and follow-up audit findings, non-conformances and corrective actions to ensure timely closure. Arrange SHE training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns Assist with scheduling workplace inspections, safety meetings and risk assessment reviews Support the coordination of emergency drills and emergency preparedness activities. Assist with updating risk assessment records and hazard identification registers Maintain SHE dashboards and performance indicators, where required. Schedule SHE meetings and distribute agendas and minutes Assist with tracking waste management, recycling and disposal records.
