Ready to join our epic growth journey?What we are looking forWe are seeking a Veeva Practice Growth Manager who will spearhead the expansion of ProcDNA’s Veeva Commercial and Medical Affairs consulting offerings. In this strategic, outward-facing role, you will shape our go-to-market strategy, strengthen partnerships with Veeva alliance teams, build relationships across biopharma commercial and IT functions, and convert opportunities into long-term client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in positioning ProcDNA within the Veeva ecosystem and scaling a practice central to our 2026 growth strategy.What you will doStrategic Growth and GTM LeadershipShape and execute the annual growth plan for ProcDNA’s Veeva practiceBuild and maintain strong relationships with Veeva partnership managers, AEs, and solution teamsIdentify white-space opportunities across Veeva Commercial Cloud and Medical SuiteDrive positioning and messaging for our Veeva offerings (CRM, Vault PromoMats, Network, Align, Events, MedComms)Represent ProcDNA at Veeva partner events, industry forums, and conferencesBusiness Development and Client AcquisitionOwn pipeline generation and revenue targets for Veeva servicesCollaborate with Veeva AEs on joint pursuits and co-selling effortsLead opportunity qualification, proposal development, solution discussions, and SOW creationEngage with Commercial Ops, IT, Digital, and Medical leadership teams at biopharma companiesConvert early conversations into multi-phase implementation and managed servicesSolutioning and Thought PartnershipWork closely with practice leads and delivery teams to develop tailored solutionsTranslate business needs into well-defined statements of workIdentify cross-functional expansion opportunitiesContribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and client-facing assetsPartner and Ecosystem ManagementServe as the primary liaison between ProcDNA and Veeva partnership teamsTrack partnership KPIs, certifications, and collaboration metricsBuild a partner-led pipeline and strengthen ProcDNA’s visibility within the Veeva ecosystemBring competitive intelligence and market insights to leadershipMust Have10–14 years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, SaaS partner sales, or SI business developmentProven track record selling Veeva Commercial Cloud, Vault MedComms, or PromoMats servicesStrong understanding of pharma commercial and medical affairs processesExperience managing end-to-end Veeva sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, co-selling with AEs, proposal creation, and SOW developmentDeep familiarity with Veeva partnership teams, alliance structures, and ecosystem dynamicsAbility to translate complex client needs into structured proposals and impactful solutionsConsistent achievement of revenue targets and pipeline goalsStrong executive presence with the ability to lead complex conversations across commercial, IT, and medical functionsExcellent communication, storytelling, and client engagement abilitieStrategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Solid understanding of the competitive SI and Veeva partner landscape.
