グローバルに分散した複数拠点のプロジェクトチームをリードし、新しいフロントエンドウェハープロセス技術の立ち上げを推進する プロジェクト全体の責任者として、社内の各チームに対する窓口を担当する 新技術導入プロジェクトの計画立案、維持、実行を行う プロジェクトメンバーや関係者をリードし、重要なマイルストーンや顧客へのコミットメント達成を推進する ファウンドリや各種ベンダーなど外部パートナーのアクション管理・推進を行う プロジェクトにおける主要リスクを特定し、リスク軽減策を策定・実行する 社内外の重要ステークホルダーに対して進捗を報告する 電気工学、材料科学、または関連技術分野の学士号または修士号 PMP、PRINCE2などのプロジェクトマネジメント資格、もしくは同等の実務経験 半導体業界で5年以上の経験（ファウンドリまたは製造工場経験者歓迎） 優れた対人スキルと、権限がなくても周囲を動かせるリーダーシップ 英語、日本語、中国語による高いコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話） Nice to have 以下の経験がある方は特に歓迎します。 半導体量産（HVM）または研究開発（R&D）環境におけるプロセスインテグレーションエンジニア経験 プロセス開発、技術移管（Technology Transfer）、歩留まり改善（Yield Ramp）の実務経験 リソグラフィ、エッチング、洗浄、CMPなど各ユニットプロセスに関する基礎知識 GaN（窒化ガリウム）技術およびそのプロセスフロー・関連ツールに関する知識 Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier .
