STAFF R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEER

Job Overview Leads technical domain of singe/ multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production. Job Requirements (1) Work with cross functional team to transform VOC into internal specifications and design features, documented properly as PRD (SI parts). (2) Design and develop new product (SI performance) to meet customer requirements. (3) Make the simulation plan and perform the SI simulation using Ansys EM (4) Design the necessary test fixtures to complete RF test in Lab using VNA/TDR etc. (5) Work with sales, Field engineer and PM to provide engineering evaluation, proposal, concept and solutions timely. (6) Perform/coordinate failure analysis work, determine corrective action, and complete implementation Engineering support to solve customer complaint issue (7) PCB layout design and EMC validation experience will be performance plus. (8) Resident work period on customer site longer than 2 months will be performance plus. What your background should look like Bachelor’s degree or above of Electrical engineering related major and electromagnetic fields and wave background is preferred. CET band4, CET band6 is preferred Signal Integrity engineer(connectors)>5 years Or Mechanical design engineer (connectors, familiar with SI knowledge) >5years Familiar with CAE tools: Ansys EM(HFSS) or CST Familiar with RF test machine VNA, TDR, BERT etc. Known on data connectivity architecture of vehicle is preferred Known well about connector structure/material Basic knowledge in molding, stamping, plating, assembly process Familiar with test standard (such as IEC, EIA, etc.).
