Our Station Customer Operations Central Office is seeking Station Ambassadors to act as Metrolinx brand representatives. The successful candidates will provide customers with information and assistance related to bus and train services, wayfinding, policies, fare products, equipment, and purchase methods, while ensuring a safe, positive, and efficient customer experience.
