Als Storage Architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en realiseren van storage-oplossingen binnen een complexe private cloudomgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Definiëren van storage-architecturen volgens Secure by Design-principes. Vertalen van operationele behoeften en programma-eisen naar technische ontwerpen. Ontwerpen en implementeren van storage-oplossingen binnen private cloudomgevingen. Integreren van storage met compute, virtualisatie, security, PKI en IAM. Ontwikkelen van strategieën voor cyber resiliency, back-up en disaster recovery. Opstellen van standaarden, referentiearchitecturen en kwaliteitscriteria. Begeleiden van domeinarchitecten, engineers en implementatieteams. Signaleren van risico's en adviseren over technologische ontwikkelingen. Deelnemen aan de Design Authority en meebeslissen over architectuurkeuzes met grote impact. Bewaken van lifecycle management, continuïteit, beschikbaarheid en schaalbaarheid van storage-diensten. Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent een ervaren architect die strategisch kan denken én voldoende technische diepgang heeft om ontwerpen daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd te krijgen. Wat bieden wij? Belangrijk om te weten Voor deze functie gelden aanvullende veiligheidseisen: Je bent in bezit van een Nederlands paspoort. Je bent bereid een VGB-B veiligheidsonderzoek succesvol te doorlopen. Je bent minimaal twee dagen per week beschikbaar op een Defensielocatie Who You Are Algemene kennis en ervaring 5 jaar ervaring als Storage Architect binnen complexe enterprise-omgevingen. Ervaring met grote infrastructuur- of transformatieprogramma's. Kennis van architectuurmethodieken zoals TOGAF. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau. Een combinatie van leiderschap, ondernemerschap en teamgerichtheid. Technische expertise Je hebt ruime ervaring met: Network Attached Storage (NAS) Block Storage Object Storage Backup & Recovery Storage Virtualization Cyber Resiliency Storage Security Lifecycle Management Daarnaast heb je kennis van: Nutanix en virtualisatieplatformen Cloud-opslagdiensten binnen AWS, Azure en/of Google Cloud Platform Automatisering en Infrastructure as Code (bijvoorbeeld Ansible) Referentiearchitecturen en vendor blueprints van toonaangevende storageleveranciers Je volgt actief marktontwikkelingen en weet innovatieve technologieën te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen voor Defensie Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
