Store Leadership Opportunities – New Store

We currently have two exciting leadership opportunities for our new store opening in Napier. We are looking for a Store Manager and Sales Manager, who are dynamic and forward thinking retail leaders to join our friendly team! Training will commence prior to the store opening, with some potential travel required. The successful candidates will be dedicated to the on-going development of their team, have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets and possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management, while at the same time ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service. You will be responsible for leading a unified team that delivers sales, service, merchandising and maintains operational standards across all product categories. The main responsibilities include leadership, team building and development, planning, merchandising, budgeting and inventory control. You must be a natural leader and team player! Our success has been based on our people who are passionate and committed to doing their best. JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
