A little about you A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, with the drive and confidence to support your team in achieving shared goals. Strong communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to create clarity and connection in a fast-paced retail environment. A natural ability to inspire those around you, with previous store management, team leadership or key holder experience is highly regarded. A curiosity for tea and a desire to grow your product knowledge, becoming a passionate T2 brand ambassador.
