A Retail group based in Drogheda are delighted to be hiring an expereinced Store Supervisor to join their team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store departments, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining food safety standards. The Role: Manage and lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure the departments are well-stocked with fresh and high-quality products Create and maintain attractive deli displays to showcase our products Monitor and control inventory levels to minimise waste and ensure profitability Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment If you have a passion for retail and customer service, along with proven supervisory experience in a retail or deli service setting, we would love to hear from you.
