Supermac's Supervisor - Full-Time LONDIS, Circular Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Supermac’s Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, store presentation, food safety, and operational excellence at all times. The Successful Candidate Must Be: Previous experience in convenience retail is required Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures is beneficial Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hard-working, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional and courteous in their approach to customers and colleagues Committed to maintaining high store standards with strong attention to detail Motivated to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Comfortable leading by example and supporting colleagues throughout the store Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as business needs evolve The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, in line with business requirements.
