Job Title: Supervisor, Operations Management Job Code: 45807 Job Location: Huntsville, AL -AMF South Job Schedule: Employes work 12 hour days, 3 days a week- Weekend Job Description: L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a dynamic Operations Management Supervisor to join our Huntsville, AL AMF-South team. The Operations Management Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Essential Functions: Communicate with the team and run the daily meetings. Conduct daily safety walks of areas. Manage the job functions for each team member and program. Plan the production for each week. Address all issues reviewed with team. Approve team member’s time. Review metrics for improvements. Conducting performance reviews. Supervises individual(s) typically consisting of support level employees. Provides day-to-day work direction for direct report(s), focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions. Provides input on hiring, firing, promotion, performance and/or compensation decisions for direct report(s). Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior leadership experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior leadership experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Understands basic supervisory approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned areas Experience in leading teams building electromechanical hardware Familiarity with 5S and lean procedures. Ability and willingness to work other shifts and overtime as necessary. Oracle and Delmia experience. Knowledge of mechanical assembly. #LI-HW1
