Job Summary To support Head - Factory (Operations) and manage assigned part of operations, to fullfil the sales requirement in full and on time while maintaining all quality, food safety, health & hygiene standards. Roles & Responsibilities To Control and organize the work force in assigned department. To arrange the packing materials from the store on the basis of requirement. To get approval of all finished products stock from Quality Control Lab before proceeding to a next process. To follow the instruction /fomula and check the sample with Quality To ensure the availability of law materials and/or packing material and utilities before and during the process. To ensure correct production code on the primary / secondary packing. To adjust the machine on correct weight prior to the process and keep verifying occasionally, the weight and volume of different SKUs. To prepare the daily operation report and enter these figures in the system. To maintain the attendance and overtime record of the workers of the Department. To ensure proper and timely entry of all machines in the log sheet. To prepare the daily record of damages and wastage. To pass the instruction to cold room operators regarding chilling cycle.(if it is applicable) To keep the assigned area neat and clean, and to follow safety and hygiene rules in the area. To perform duties assigned from time to time by the superiors. To ensure that all the workers are properly dressed, safety shoes and using hand washing facility before entering production hall. KPIs Damages, wastage % Productivity % Cost Work Experience Requirement Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experinece in plant production.
