Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Development Manager (f/m) to join our Supplier Performance Management team based in Toulouse, France . You will join the Airbus Procurement Operations organization to lead, within and in collaboration with suppliers, complex projects aimed at sustainably improving their industrial performance or securing their operations. Your challenges: Assess suppliers' industrial maturity and establish action plans alongside SCQM teams. Drive transformation and improvement plans to achieve roadmap objectives. Build project teams, develop key skills, and secure stakeholder engagement. Represent Airbus at supplier sites to protect customer interests. Ensure long-term sustainability by building supplier autonomy on implemented methodologies. Your boarding pass: Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management. Minimum experience of 10 years in industry with strong Supply Chain expertise. Proven expertise in Lean practices, APQP tools, problem-solving, and crisis management. Advanced project management competencies and strong shop floor (Gemba) experience. Negotiation level in English and French (travel availability up to 60% of time). Not a 100% match? No worries!
