Your Key Responsibilities Team coordination, balanced allocation of tasks, and further development of team members and SCM processes Acting as the main SCM responsible for DIV/BU and key interface between DIV/BU and SAG BD O SCM functions. Strong moderation skills are required. Representation of SCM performance, project topics, and strategic alignment in management meetings; active management of relevant initiatives Ensuring smooth execution of SCM processes, including routine and complex topics, as well as transparency of SCM KPIs through structured reporting at plant, BU, and division level Monitoring target achievement and budget, identifying deviations, and initiating countermeasures at plant, BU, and division level Escalation, customer crisis, and risk management, including SCM ICO-related topics, customer escalations, critical delivery situations, and global supply chain crises Project management of relevant SCM and logistics projects and active participation in cross-functional initiatives and customer task forces Ensuring data quality and process integration for SCM-relevant BW reports, master data topics, planning flow, and tool integration, including ACCO integration and short-term demand planning Your Profile Completed higher education degree (Bachelor’s or above), preferably with a focus on SCM, logistics, or business administration Long-term experience in SCM/logistics within an international environment Several years of experience managing SCM/logistics projects with international scope Experience in other domains, such as controlling, is an advantage Direct leadership experience is beneficial Profound knowledge of SCM standards, processes, and Schaeffler-specific business operations; advanced SAP and IT system skills (MM, PP, SD) Strong moderation, presentation, and communication skills; intercultural competence beneficial Fluent English, both written and spoken Willingness to travel around 20-30% As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
