To strengthen our team in Supply Chain, we are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Manager Tech Transfers (a), 80-100% . Your tasks: Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain workstream for product and manufacturing transfers across internal manufacturing sites, from project initiation through commercial implementation Define and execute the transfer supply strategy, integrating demand, supply, capacity, inventory and material transition planning across sending and receiving sites Develop supply scenarios and transition strategies to ensure supply continuity, including inventory build-up, bridging stock and material transfer concepts Own Supply Chain risk management and readiness, proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks and ensuring ERP, master data and planning readiness for transfer execution and go-live Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional project governance, driving alignment and decisions with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service and Commercial functions, and providing clear updates to management and steering committees Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Life Sciences 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management or Tech Transfers, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong expertise in end-to-end supply planning, capacity planning, inventory strategy, risk management, and supply continuity Fluent in English; German and French are highly advantageous Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO manufacturing in GMP-regulated environment is a plus Experience leading large-scale technology or product transfers across multiple manufacturing sites is a plus SAP ERP, SAP IBP or comparable supply-chain planning systems is a plus PMP, APICS or equivalent project management or supply-chain certification is a plus Our offer: A dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities Flexible working hours with home office days and an option for obtaining additional vacation days through workload reduction Company‑run daycare center on the Bachem Campus in Bubendorf 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as option for extra-mandatory pension provision with our Pension Plan Plus Access to benefits platforms with discounts from external partners Fresh, healthy and varied food in our staff restaurant A wide range of free sports activities on the Bachem Campus Would you like to drive innovation together with us?
