Job Overview The SUPV II MAINTENANCE [Machine & Electrical] is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of machine and electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. This role leads preventive maintenance execution, breakdown response, equipment troubleshooting, and electrical safety compliance while coordinating maintenance resources to minimize downtime and support production targets. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance response for machine and electrical abnormalities across assigned production lines. Ensure PM, daily check, monthly check, electrical safety check, and machine condition verification are completed and recorded. Support troubleshooting of breakdowns, parameter-related issues, machine instability, and electrical control symptoms. Confirm LOTO/JSA/safety requirements before maintenance work and abnormal recovery when applicable. Escalate repeat or major downtime to Maintenance SUPV III / ME / Supplier / DG support with fact-based downtime log and action status. Maintain day-to-day technician allocation, handover, tool availability, and response discipline. Support new machine installation, commissioning, ramp readiness, and production restart verification. What your background should look like Diploma, Higher Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. Experience in electronics, automotive, connector, or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred. Knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, and electrical control systems. Proven experience in supervising technicians or leading maintenance activities Hands-on experience troubleshooting machine breakdowns, electrical control systems, PLC-related issues, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and automation equipment. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance, and equipment reliability practices. Experience with electrical safety requirements, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and machine safety standards. Ability to analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Familiarity with machine installation, commissioning, production ramp-up, and equipment qualification activities.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Good problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
