Job Overview Oversees day-to-day operations, defines goals, improves technologies, and determines the best action to meet schedules and resolve technical issues. Job Requirements Developing and implementing manufacturing processes to achieve cost, scrap, and delivery targets and determining labor requirements to meet production requirements. Monitoring lean manufacturing initiatives and operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory health and safety standards. Driving production activities according to established schedules and providing reports such as production, scrap, and machine set-up rates. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand the production requirements, interfacing across functions to share information relative to specifications, deviations, and changes, and driving continuous improvements. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
