SVP – Insurance Mid Markets

SVP Growth Office and Mid-Market Leader, Insurance Growth Office Experience: Proven experience in managing all aspects of Growth Office management, including: Driving, governance, and reporting/analysis of pipeline to ensure meeting of growth targets, and pipeline quality, Management of growth office-related KPIs, such as origination, wins, balanced fishnets, pipeline adequacy, revenue projections, leakage, and velocity of opportunities. Insurance Client Relationship & Commercial Management: Strong experience in senior-level relationship management, consulting-led sales, solution development, commercial negotiations, contracting, and delivery engagement. Experience & Understanding of Different Growth Channels: Marketing & Demand Generation for Insurance: Understanding and experience of Insurance lead generation, and scalable go-to-market strategies to expand market reach, build a diversified pipeline, and accelerate new logo acquisition across mid-market insurers. Ecosystem & Network-Led Growth: Ability to leverage advisor/analyst relationships, strategic partnerships, and channel ecosystems to position EXL as a leader in clients’ minds, originate opportunities, and access a broad spectrum of insurance clients and prospects. Account / Portfolio Management Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with digital analytics teams to enhance our service offerings and client insights. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base. Ensure effective communication and alignment between internal teams and clients. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition. Develop and implement account management processes and best practices. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the account management team. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building our network and presence. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 20 + years of relevant experience
