Your Key Responsibilities ： 负责收集、分析和澄清客户需求、法规要求及内部技术要求，将整车及客户需求转化为系统级技术要求、功能需求和性能指标，并建立需求追踪关系。 Collect, analyze, and clarify customer, regulatory, and internal technical requirements; translate vehicle-level and customer requirements into system-level technical requirements, functional requirements, and performance targets; and establish requirements traceability. 负责燃油泵系统功能架构、系统方案及接口定义，将系统需求分解至机械、电子、电气、软件和测试等相关工程领域，确保系统设计满足功能、性能、可靠性、安全性及法规要求。Define the functional architecture, system concept, and interfaces of fuel pump systems; decompose system requirements into mechanical, electronics, electrical, software, and testing disciplines; and ensure that the system design meets functional, performance, reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements. 制定并实施系统集成、测试与验证计划，组织系统级功能、性能、可靠性及环境适应性验证，跟踪验证问题并推动整改闭环，确保产品达到项目目标。Develop and implement system integration, testing, and validation plans; organize system-level verification of functionality, performance, reliability, and environmental robustness; track validation issues and drive corrective actions to closure, ensuring that product targets are achieved. 作为系统工程接口人，协调机械、电子、电气、软件、质量、制造及测试等相关团队，推动跨专业技术问题分析、方案制定、实施及验证，确保各专业方案与系统目标保持一致。Act as the system engineering interface and coordinate with mechanical, electronics, electrical, software, quality, manufacturing, and testing teams; drive cross-disciplinary technical analysis, solution development, implementation, and verification to ensure alignment with overall system objectives. 支持客户开展燃油泵产品应用开发、系统匹配、安装调试及技术问题分析，参与客户技术交流和项目评审，协助处理客户现场问题及产品投诉，并推动产品持续改进。Support customers in fuel pump application development, system matching, installation and commissioning, and technical issue analysis; participate in customer technical discussions and project reviews; support the resolution of customer-site issues and product complaints; and drive continuous product improvement. Your Qualifications ： 工程相关专业本科及以上学历，如机电一体化、电子工程、机械制造及其自动化等。Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related field, such as mechatronics, electronic engineering, mechanical manufacturing and automation, or a related discipline. 具备汽车系统（如发动机系统、变速箱系统或执行器产品系统等）或电子应用领域的工作经验；具有嵌入式系统开发经验者优先。Work experience in automotive systems, such as engine systems, transmission systems, or actuator product systems, or in electronic applications; experience in embedded system development is preferred. 积极主动，勇于接受挑战，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。Proactive and willing to take on challenges, with strong communication skills and a good team-oriented spirit. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通。Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional working environment. 具备3年以上相关工作经验；具备基本的项目管理技能及产品开发流程知识。Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required. Basic project management skills and knowledge of product development processes are required.
