Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description Aramark's Internship Program is a launchpad for your career. This is a paid, flexible-hours internship (part-time during the school year, full-time when your schedule allows) with an immediate start. You'll work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition leaders, with mentorship, a strong recruiting community, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation. As a TA Intern with Aramark Refreshments, you'll focus on sourcing candidates across North America for roles at every level, from frontline to management. You'll also own a small requisition load, supported by your recruiting partners. We're looking for a creative, curious sourcer who uses AI tools to find talent and write standout outreach, and who is motivated by measurable results. This is a metrics-driven role. Schedule and Location Part-time (approx. 15-20 hours per week) or full-time (up to 40), based on your schedule and flexibility around classes Remote, with occasional in-person time at our Philadelphia HQ; must live within commuting distance Job Responsibilities Source active and passive candidates across North America using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking Use AI tools to build searches, identify talent, and personalize outreach, while reviewing results with good judgment Test creative approaches to reach talent and share what works with the team Own a small req load, from intake and screening through interview coordination and offer Track recruiting metrics (outreach, response rates, screens, submittals, pipeline health) and recommend improvements Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate program Available for a consistent weekly schedule of at least 15 hours, with an immediate start Located within commuting distance of Philadelphia, PA Comfort with AI tools (such as Claude, or Copilot) and data; proficiency in Excel Strong communication and organizational skills; creative, resourceful mindset Recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience is a plus Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship About Aramark Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
