Based in Cairo, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, HR teams and subject matter experts to develop proactive recruitment strategies, build future talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. The role combines strategic workforce planning, employer branding, stakeholder engagement and recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on digital talent acquisition and talent market insights. What you’ll do Lead and oversee the delivery of recruitment requirements, including executive hiring projects, in partnership with relevant subject matter experts.Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Services teams and HR Business Partners.Develop a detailed understanding of business priorities and translate these into proactive recruitment and workforce planning strategies.Build and nurture technology talent pipelines to support future hiring demand.Contribute to employer branding initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital talent markets and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Ensure sustainable talent pipelines are in place to support future workforce requirements.Deliver an end-to-end recruitment process that promotes a positive and inclusive candidate experience.Conduct competency-based interviews and provide objective hiring recommendations.Create and maintain monthly recruitment dashboards, including analytics, insights and hiring trends.Support the design and implementation of recruitment process improvements and transformation initiatives. Who you are Experienced in full-cycle digital recruitment, delivering successful recruitment campaigns and hiring solutions within agreed budgets and timelines.Background in recruiting frontline roles requiring language expertise.Skilled in stakeholder management and building trusted professional relationships.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage across multiple organisational levels.Commercially aware, combining operational excellence with business and recruitment expertise.Comfortable working in changing environments and able to navigate ambiguity effectively.Passionate about delivering innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies that create value for both the business and candidates.Experienced in competency-based interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.Data-driven, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and identify trends.
