About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Personalgewinner (m/w/d) to join our team at Autoland AG. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed vocational training or university degree, coupled with several years of proven success in recruiting or active sourcing. Strong digital skills are essential, including proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and recruiting tools. Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written, are mandatory, along with a confident and engaging demeanor. The ability to work in a structured, proactive manner, taking ownership of tasks with high reliability and independence, is crucial. A valid driver's license (class B) is required to facilitate mobility for candidate visits and networking activities.
Responsibilities
Targeted Direct Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through professional networks and platforms, establishing personalized and respectful contact to attract talent to Autoland AG.
Consulting with Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to managers and executives, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring selection aligns with organizational needs and culture.
Candidate Management: Provide professional support to applicants throughout the recruitment journey, conducting interviews that are positive and engaging, and securing top talent for the company.
