Talent Acquisition Specialist, APAC

What you’ll be doing: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Retail and Operations functions such as Customer Experience and Logistics Operations, from talent sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations, with a focus on the APAC talent markets Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and execute focused hiring plans against business timelines Proactively source and engage high-quality talents using diverse sourcing channels and direct outreach Deliver a structured, professional candidate experience that reflects Castlery’s standards and values Track pipeline health, provide regular hiring updates, and use data to improve time-to-hire and conversion outcomes Represent Castlery positively in the market and contribute to strengthening our employer brand What you need to succeed: Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within high volume businesses and functions Track record of managing full-cycle hiring for both frontline roles (retail, warehouse) and corporate/office functions Good understanding and hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence stakeholders at all levels Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities Experience working with international colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones and cultures is preferred Built for Real Life, Designed for What’s Next At Castlery, we’ve spent over a decade building a brand people love by designing furniture for real life — durable, beautiful, and made to keep up with change.
