We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & SourcingAssist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessmentsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesInterview CoordinationSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidatesEnsure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment processPrepare interview materials and assist in interview logisticsRecruitment OperationsMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databasesPost job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, company career page)Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisementsEmployer Branding SupportSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaignsEngage with candidates on social media and professional platformsReporting & AdministrationTrack recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition teamCollaborationWork with HR and hiring managers to understand team needs and assist with onboarding or reference checks.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience — preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven, globally connected HR team.Opportunities for upskilling and career growth within PalmPay's regional HR function.
