We value agility, cultural sensitivity, and data-informed talent practices.Key Responsibilities:Screen, source, and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles (especially for Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech-adjacent positions).Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or Workday).Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.Maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS and ensure compliance with local labor regulations (e.g., DOLE guidelines).Support onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn engagement, campus outreach).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years of recruitment or HR operations experience — preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven, globally connected HR team.Opportunities for upskilling and career growth within PalmPay's regional HR function.
