We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent across operations, sales, collections, and support functions. This role requires experience in high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination)Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agenciesConduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualificationsSupport high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and back-office rolesCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholdersEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experienceMaintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databasesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelinePartner with agencies and external vendors when neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 2–4 years of recruitment experiencePreferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industryExperience in volume hiring is highly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentPreferred:Background in loan, lending, collections, or device financing companiesFemale candidates are preferred for this roleExperience working with recruitment agencies is an advantageWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to grow within a fintech companyDynamic and collaborative work environment
