We are building a high-performing, agile HR team to support our rapid expansion in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. We value innovation, data-driven decision-making, and strong business partnership.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across key functions (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Commercial).Supervise and guide junior recruiters, ensuring hiring targets, timelines, and quality of hire are consistently met.Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and talent strategies.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and agency management).Manage and optimize ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion rates) and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company hiring policies (e.g., DOLE regulations).Strengthen employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn engagement, partnerships, and talent market positioning.Oversee onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.Act as the main point of contact for external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality candidate delivery and partnership management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.4–7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity, preferably within fintech, banking, lending, or BPO industries.Proven experience hiring for mid to senior-level roles, including hard-to-fill or niche positions (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Tech).Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.Proficient in MS Office and experienced in ATS/HRIS platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-cultural environment.Why Join Us?Be part of a rapidly expanding fintech company with regional exposure.Opportunity to lead and shape talent acquisition strategies.Career growth within PalmPay Financing Corp.’s regional HR function.Collaborative and high-impact work environment.
