The role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services, along with leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily recruitment operations and guide the TA team in achieving hiring targetsManage full-cycle recruitment for supervisory to managerial rolesPartner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with manpower plansLead high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and support rolesMonitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnaround time)Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical rolesCoordinate with external agencies and recruitment partnersEnsure excellent candidate experience and employer brandingPrepare and present recruitment reports to managementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead rolePreferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industryProven experience in high-volume and niche hiringStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPreferred:Background in loan, lending, collections, or device financing companiesFemale candidates are preferred for this roleExperience handling agency partnerships and recruitment vendorsWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefitsCareer growth in a fast-scaling fintech environmentCollaborative and high-performance culture
