Come join a fun, exciting, fast-paced team where you can learn and grow your career.As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for building a pool of passive talent to improve recruiting efficiency and quality. The Talent Sourcer will identify, create an outreach, and follow up with top talent, while further establishing effective outbound communications for our brand and providing an excellent candidate experience.Responsibilities:Source passive candidates through various channels by identifying the ideal profile for each of our open rolesDevelop, own and execute creative sourcing strategiesMaintain and nurture your pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that align with their experiences and interestsEngage candidates in order to understand their motivators, purpose, and interestsReport pipeline and candidate activity to the Recruiting teamMaintain accurate and thorough documentation within ATSWork with hiring teams to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective strategyConduct phone interviewsProvide strategic thought partnership throughout the candidate selection process advising on candidates’ skill set and company fitManage candidate experience throughout the processQualifications:2+ years of strong Sourcing experience required in fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree required. Requires experience sourcing and hiring for volume rolesStrong experience in sourcing passive candidates and ability to come up with creative sourcing strategies.Must have experience in Applicant Tracking SystemsTrack record of building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesExcellent communication and ability to interact professionallyStrong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsSuccessful track record of achieving targetsSelf-starter with an incredible work ethicExperience with full life cycle recruiting processProven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skillsExperience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skillsKnowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniquesAbility to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlineNXTThing RPO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
