Tax and Accounting Manager

Manage and oversee daily accounting and tax functions, including recording transactions and preparing reports. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making. Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of tax filings and reports. Collaborate with other divisions in managing the Group's finances. Implement risk management practices across all tax and accounting activities. Formulate and develop the Company's accounting and tax policies in accordance with evolving regulations. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree (S2) in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or finance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPMA, CPA, or other recognized accounting certifications are preferred. Holds at least a Brevet A & B Tax Certification. Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Proficient in using tax applications, including e-Faktur, e-Form, and Coretax. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
