We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Taxation Specialist to manage and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, with added advantage in handling international taxation. This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and file accurate and timely local tax returns (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, income tax)Ensure compliance with all BIR regulations and local tax lawsHandle tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with tax authoritiesMonitor updates in tax regulations and implement necessary changesAssist in tax planning and risk management strategiesSupport financial reporting related to tax provisionsCoordinate with internal departments and external auditors on tax mattersAssist in handling international tax concerns (if applicable)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field4–6 years of experience in local taxationStrong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR complianceExperience in international taxation is a plusPreferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organizational skillsWhy Join us:Join a team that has been ranked #1 in Fintech and #2 overall on the Financial Times' list of fastest-growing companies.
