You communicate confidently in English (B2+) and thrive in a multicultural setting. You hold a bachelor’s degree. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of 10+ collaborators. Oversee the daily activity of the commercial sourcing team and ensure targets are met Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
