Tech Trainee - AI

Participate in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI projects under the guidance of senior technology professionals. Assist in developing AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and decision-making processes. Support data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization activities. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes using AI and automation technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business units. Assist in the development and testing of AI models and algorithms. Conduct research on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies applicable to banking. Participate in hackathons, innovation initiatives, and AI-focused learning programs. Prepare project documentation, presentations, and findings for stakeholders. Ensure adherence to the Bank's data privacy, security, and compliance standards. Learning Areas During the program, trainees will be exposed to: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Data Science & Advanced Analytics Python Programming Cloud-based AI Services AI Governance & Responsible AI Intelligent Automation & RPA Banking Technology & Digital Transformation Data Engineering & Visualization Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence Data Science Computer Engineering Minimum Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience.
