Purpose of the Role Provides guidance on general accounting processes and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting. Supports business units with financial queries and ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Overview of Role Responsibilities (Level 1-13) Financial Management and Control - Level 5 - Application Track progress against budgets within established finance systems, and report variances to more senior colleagues. Data Collection and Analysis - Level 5 - Application Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. Data Management - Level 5 - Application Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice. Insights and Reporting - Level 5 - Application Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports. Financial Transactions Management - Level 5 - Application Maintain and update the financial transaction records within the organization's established systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Review and Reporting - Fully Competent Works with full competence to create reports, and review reports created by others, for various audiences as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose of reports. Information Retrieval and Searching - Fully Competent Works with full competence to utilize systems and tools required to search for new data or retrieve existing data in a database.
