You will play a key role in shaping how complex software products are understood and used by developers, users, and internal teams alike. Depending on your focus area, you may work directly within product engineering teams, customer-facing technical functions, or internal business operations, contributing to documentation that is critical to product success and operational excellence. This is not a traditional writing role — it blends technical understanding, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help establish documentation standards, improve clarity across software ecosystems, and ensure content is consistent, useful, and scalable. You will also engage with open-source communities and contribute to the evolution of documentation best practices.
