Technical Customer Advisor (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Technical Customer Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece . Position: Technical Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer interactions via phone, chat, email and social media channels Identify customer needs and provide professional technical support and troubleshooting guidance Ask relevant probing questions to diagnose technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions Build positive customer relationships through clear, professional and effective communication Provide accurate information using internal tools, knowledge bases and support resources Meet individual and team customer service targets and case handling KPIs Record customer interactions, update customer accounts and maintain accurate documentation Follow company communication standards, procedures and customer support policies. REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native fluency in German and Greek , both written and spoken Good command of English, both written and spoken Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and active listening skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer situations Strong phone handling skills and ability to manage multiple communication channels Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and manage time effectively Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
