Technical Production Artworker

We believe great design is for everyone, and our goal is to help customers achieve that.   Because our customers upload a wide variety of file types, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Technical Production Artworker to join our fast-growing Customer Service team. This is an interim (12 months), entry-level contract role in our Cape Town hub for a production-minded artist who enjoys the "detective work" of fixing files. You will be the final line of defense, ensuring that low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files are corrected to meet our premium print standards before they hit the press. The hours will be Monday- Friday March - November 5pm-1:30am SAST November to March 6:00pm-2:30am SAST
